Following the Government's announcement, We are required to record our customers and visitor's contact details for 21 day's to assist NHS Test and Trace. As a minimum we are required by law to record customers' full names and contact telephone number along with the date and time of their visit.
Following the government guidance we are open from 4th of July 2020, We are excited to be back in service. We are committed to comply with the guidance for working safely during the Coronavirus , ensuring our staff’s and customer’s are kept safe. ...

We do have Track & Trace System to record customer’s contact details . All of our customer’s are required to provide their contact details before we can serve them, we will be ONLY sharing the contact details of our costomer’s with NHS.
Our Business policy is designed with accordance , complying with government guidance , ensuring all of our staff’s , customer’s are kept safe.

- Maintaining social distancing while dining at Ranya Restaurant.
- Using hand sanitiser’s provided on each table’s.
- We are holding families responsible to take extra care of their children within our premises.
- Using anti-bacterial hand wash provided we are urging all of our customer’s wash their hand’s before and after their meal’s .

- Our staff’s are wearing face shield , gloves while serving our customers
